The Red Ginger Restaurant is located in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. It' probably the top of the food chain in the area. No pun intended. Since the restaurant was new it was important to get them some really fantastic shots to make a great beginning. I think it's important to really show enticing meals with a spectacular location. It's what justifies that cost of the meal for the patron.
You'll notice a combination of themes as well. It was important in this case to give a variety. Some shots focus just on the food. Others focus on the restaurant and architecture. I think the most powerful photos combine both elements showing a incredible meal in an enticing environment. These shots will form the start of a stock portfolio for the restaurant and attached resort.
